Life Beyond Limits!​

• Infinity Yoga is an English speaking Yoga studio located a 5-minute walk from Sinseoldong station(which is only 4 stations away from Seongsu station on line no.2) in Seoul.

• ​Our studio is a hidden gem in Seoul, just steps away from a natural stream, surrounded by cozy cafes.​​

• We mainly offer traditional Hatha yoga style which is slower-paced than Vinyasa flow to focus on building foundations and deeper stretch/strengthening.

• Personalized hand adjustments are offered to the attendees when it's necessary(for those who are okay with it)

• Key elements of the class include Pranayama(breathing technique), Asana(poses) and meditation

• ​Additionally, the last 10 minutes of the class are dedicated to Savasana (corpse pose / meditation) with top-notch aroma oil (for those who aren’t allergic).
